Default 2001 46re 4X4 transmission nightmares!!!

I have an 01 Dodge Ram 4X4 ext cab. I've had no problems with the truck until now. First I lost 2nd gear. A couple months later the rear end went out.. I assumed it was the tranny finally giving up. I bought a rebuilt tranny put it in. Sat the truck down and realized then the rear end was history. Put another rear end in the truck. Drove it about 2 miles and all hell broke loose. Such as slamming into gear violently. To not shifting at all. Only reverse did I have. So I had a Good transmission guy rebuild my old one completely. Put it in sat the truck down and 2 miles later the exact same thing happened. Not wanting to shift to slamming into gear, to locking up all the way. Now only reverse, same as last time. Any ideas why they would do the same exact thing.? Any help would be greatly appreciated. For I have just pulled the transmission out again for the 4th time in as many weeks. Truck has been down going on 4 months. I desperately need it for my business. No one in TN seems to have a clue.

So I had a Good transmission guy rebuild my old one completely.
You should take it back to him and find out what's the issue. Are you getting any codes?

Did the 1st. rebuilt tranny and the original that you had rebuilt done by the same shop/guy ?
Was the torque converter replaced ?
Did the lines and cooler get flushed ?
Sounds like there may be trash in the system causing the failures.

Not sure if this has anything to do with your issue or not, but what was the gear ratio of the rear end that you put in versus the one that you pulled out. If the gear ratio of your front and rear axle are different now, could be causing issues. Not sure if there are ID tags on the diff cover that will have the ratio. You can pull the front driveshaft and try driving it and see if that changes anything.
