No some wiring needs to be done. As I did .I would do a write up but if have to pull the wheel again lol

I think the newer ones have a two stage bag, 2nd gen has a single stage bag. Not sure how you resolve that problem.

Just wire both plugs to the one plug. It's actually really simple to do!

I guess you want to grab some of the harness so you can do that. I noticed air bags have a unique connector when I pulled the 2000 wheel.

Yes I pulled the clock spring with it but used my original clock spring. The easiest method would be to use the whole steering column but if you don't need to. If you don't use the whole column the wheel needs to be grinded some.
