Default Odometer question

I just recently purchased a 99 Ram 3500 dually. The original owner went up to Canada to buy it. The speedometer and odometer are in kmh. The speedometer is no problem; that is just a matter of changing the back plate. The odometer however, being digital, I have no idea how to go about having that changed, switched, reprogrammed, etc. Any ideas? I don't want to wind it back to zero, I just want to have the equivalent number of miles displayed.

Default RE: Odometer question

I didn't check the owner's manual but the service writer at the dealership said that he didn't think it could be done. I am going to try to call a shop that works on odometers. Have any criminal friends that may be able to get me a new digital odometer and program it with the correct number of miles? Just kidding.
