Default lift kit suggestions....

Right now I've got an '02 2wd cummins. I'm looking to level it out a little bit and raise it to look like a 4wd, or just a little higher. Does anybody have any suggestions on what size of lift I should get to make it look like I want? Should I get a 2" level kit first and put on, then do the lift kit? Kinda clueless about this topic. Thanks!

Either a leveling kit or maybe a 3" Skyjacker.

If I add a 3" lift, is that gonna mess up my suspension or anything in my back end because I pull a big horse trailer w/ my truck?

Is it a 5th wheel? Cause that would screw it all up...if it was a regular trailer you would just need to get one of those lowered hitches.
