I'm looking to get a grill guard for my '01 1500. Found one off an '01 3500, but I'm wondering if the bumper mounts are the same or different for these models?
If anyone has insight to this I'd be grateful.

They should be the same unless its a sport style bumper. I have a Westin grill guard that I picked up used and had to obtain the bumper mounts for the standard chrome style bumper. Luckily, I was able to source them through Summit Racing, but that was several years ago.
