Default Cummins conversion

Hey all, I'm sure this topic has been covered, but I have some questions. I want to swap out the gutless 5.9 gas and throw a Cummins into it. I have a 96 2500, HD version, old municipal truck. It has a 60 front end and a 70 rear. I know about having to either swap out or clean the fuel tank, new lines etc. My question is how hard/time consuming is it yo make the Cummins work in the truck? What else has to be done and changed?

I went from a Cummins to a gasser (could like buying lift pumps). All in all it's not hard if you have everything. You would need the computer and harness if a 24V, engine mounts, transmission and that's about it that I can think of at the moment. If you are really picky the correct gauge cluster that says "Diesel Only."
