5.9 v8 head

Does any know if I can change a head on a 5.9 v8 with a head off a 5.2 it was Givin to me an wat I would have to do to make it worth or is it even worth it?

The 5.9 and 5.2 magnum heads interchange between the two motors and are exactly the same head.

These heads are known for cracking, you'll want to have it checked first for cracks. Aftermarket heads tend to do better though.
