Gonna stick with this truck for another year or two for now though, and see what happens. Try to get some body parts for it also, really needs rockers and fenders just like any dodge.

Yeah it sure is, I'm sure I'll figure out the body work. Definitely don't feel like dumping money into looks. I could careless how it looks, but rockers won't pass inspection. Needs to be patched underneath also, where the e-brake is line is.

My thread on a standard cab rocker replacement, below. You can buy those stamped patches for around $50. Can of filler is probably $30, and the matching paint was about $80 for a quart ready to spray (didn't use that much). Not sure on the epoxy primer, I buy that stuff in gallons. Mine had to be patched to by the e brake. Not bad at all.
