Default NO BUS diagnostic

Hey friends, does anyone have a solid step-by-step method of diagnosing a "no bus" code?

In my particular case (2000 5.9L) the ASD relay is buzzing and if I remove it, my fuel pump relay buzzes.
I'm getting full voltage on my 5v reference circuit at my TPS but I'm finding around 2.5 V on my injectors' 12v power feed.
Fuel pump doesn't prime but the starter works when I attempt to start.

I have the electrical diagram and am preparing to go to work, but just wondering if anyone has a good trick on where to begin and move forward.

Thanks!

No bus means any of the wires going to the PCM could be bad
