Cluster issues

Hey all, replaced the batteries in the ol 24v and a problem popped up. I’ve got no gauges except tach and the odometer is flashing. Truck still starts up and runs I just have no vitals to look at. Cluster codes are 920 921 999. Odometer doesn’t read no bus. What do I look for? Checked fuses and replaced for good measure with no change. 1998.5 24v nv4500
