Default Need help with lighting

I’ve been having an issue with my left blinker recently where it will work for a little while but blink very slowly. Then it will randomly start to flash at normal speed but turns out it is activating my four ways. My right blinker is blinking very slow as well. I’m not sure if it uploaded but there should a video showing my issue

The video didn't upload but your description is good. What year truck ? There are some significant differences between early and late trucks.

95% chance that is a ground problem.

Agree it's likely a ground problem. Do both turn signal indicators in the dash light up when the 4 way flashing happens ? If so I'd guess it's a ground in the front, otherwise start at the rear.
