Default speedometer starts at 20-25MPH

Have a poblem with the speedometer.. It shows 0Mph when driving slower.. At about 20-25mph it jumps up and reads the correct speed.
Not quite sure, but I dont think the odometer gets any input if the speed is slower either.. Someone know where to start to get this fixed?

your speed sensor on the rear diff is going out. should be under $45 bux and should take about 10~15 minutes to change.
