Default Check engine light

My 97 318 1500 series was only running like 150 degrees and little heat. I put a new thermostat in and now it runs about 210.. problem is now it threw a code p0118. Put new sensor in by the thermostat but still have code. Any suggestions.

Screen shot of the the code

What brand sensor? Try unhooking the battery to reset the computer.

97 is still the two sensor setup if I'm not mistaken. One for the instrument cluster and one for the PCM. The PCM one is unplugged or wiring broken. AFAIK the PCM sensor sits between the A/C compressor and the alternator bracket.

Thanks for the help guys. Turns out that the plug end on the sensor was bad. I pulled the wires out of it and put each wire on the prongs and the light went out. Now I just have to get a new New plug end. Thanks for the help
