wont start today battery fully charged does not click or anything auto trans moved selector around does nothing horn and lights work other than parking light will not go out with out pulling relay cumming motor

First of all, it's a Cummins, without g

What year truck? You could try to jump staryer relay, pins 87 and 30.

Maybe terminal is a correct word for a relay pins. Remove the relay, look by the terminals, they are numbered. 30 should have 12 volts, connect that to the 87 which goes to the starter solenoid.
