Default Overheard console addition

Hello,
I have a full 2002 2500 base model with no over head console, I was wondering If I could put one up without having to drill holes or weld in tabs (any cutting, drilling, or modifying the roof is a no) I know I would need a new headliner. I also don’t care if I would have the lights

The holes will be there. The problem is communicating with the truck. You need at least the mid grade CTM, and your truck being a base probably has the base CTM. Not to mention the wire harness running to the console
