Maximum allowable depth for door speakers
Before I start pulling the door panels off to install new speakers I need to know if they will fit.
I have heard that it could get in the way rolling the window down.
I would like to know the maximum allowable depth for door speakers on a second generation Ram.
The pair I have are 2.68 inches/69 mm from the back of the mounting plate to the back of the magnet,
and 3.7 inches/94 mm from the front of the tweeter to the back of the magnet.
