Bad Starter

I purchased a re-manufactured, lifetime warranty NAPA unit yesterday for $120. I knew it should be a simple job but watched a few videos anyway, just to refresh my memory. It took me a couple of frustrating hours as the videos did not mention the bracket that holds the tranny lines in place. I had a hard time removing the starter as I could not see the upper bolt (thankfully, the lower is a stud and not a bolt) and it was getting hung up on the tranny bracket.
Getting the upper bolt threaded with the new unit was especially frustrating as I could not see it from below and the manifold was in the line of sight from above. In the end, I did not thread it through the tranny bracket. I assume that the job would have been somewhat easier on a lift.
