Default 2wd ram axle

I have a 2001 ram 1500 with a bad rear diff. I had it rebuilt a bit over a year ago. all of the bearing were gone over but now the gears themselves are worn to the point of making noise. I currently have the 3.21 gears in the axle but i do not plan to rebuild it i plan to put an entirely new axle into the truck also looking for better gears such as 3.55 or 3.92 and a limited slip. But i was wondering if all the axles from 1994-2001 would all bolt into place of each other (the Chrysler 9.25 axles). since i don't have a front axle in the truck since its a 2wd i can put any gearing in it without worry.

There is similar thread just a couple of notches down, which pretty much covers your question.

Any 9.25 Chrysler even up to 08 will work.
