Default Mass Airflow Sensor

anyone here got a mass air flow sensor on their ram. does it make that much difference in performace and gas milage.

2nd gen rams have a MAP sensor.

i dont know much about it, i just wanted to know if they make a difference,

i dont mean to sound dumb or anything but what is an MAP sensor.

measures vacuum compared to a MAF which measure air flow.

in other words Mass AF sensers are a Ford/GM thing. You truck does not have one. Nothing can be done to upgrade the MAP. Are you looking for more performance or higher MPG?

well dodgefreak, i think id rather have more power, but if i can, i wanna get more gas milage. thanks for the help for the air flow sensor
