i just got a 98 dodge ram 1500 quad 2wd 5.9

was wonder how i go about finding out what is the housepower this motor is putting out.
i think everything is factory

If you want an accurate reading for YOUR truck, take it to a speed shop with a dyno. Otherwise, you'll always be relying on magazines and websites.......Merry Christmas!

I posted the manufacturer specs in a thread a while back for all the years/motors. They were supposed to be put in the FAQ thread pinned at the top, but I see they didn't make it there. [>:]
