Sounds like a plugged heatercore, doesnt take a whole lot to plug em up. What did your fluid look like when changed, was it brown, rusty, clotted in any way. Has anyone added any stopleak products to the radiator? What are the temperature of your lines going into and out of the heatercore, that will tell you pretty much If your core is bad, may be hot going in, but not getting any return.

THE COOLANT WAS BROWN. THE LINES GOING IN ARE HOT, THE ONES COMING OUT ARENT ANY WHERE NEAR AS WARM. ILL CHECK IT OUT AND TRY TO FLUSH IT TONIGHT.
