I have a 1997 ram 2500 cummins extended cab 4wd that i am looking to swap a bed from a 1995 1500 2wd single cab on, both are long beds. Will the bed from the 95 mount to the 97? I know they are the same length but i want to make sure that the mounts are the same for both.

 

All the mounts are the same from 94 to 01

 

Yes, the 8 foot beds interchange with all models between 94 - 01 that use 8 foot beds on their frame. The beds all bolt up the same way on the frame.
