i have a 2000 dodge ram with i believe a 46re transmission. one day while driving to work it just slipped out of gear and started revving. it seems like it goes into 1st and 2nd fine then just goes to neutral if i go over 30. if i put it in neutral shut it off let it coast then start it back up and drop it to 1st it kicks back into gear. today i dropped pan to chang fluid and filter i found some plastic pieces in the pan. not sure what it is. if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated
