Default Temperature control unit

Does anyone know what the resistance should be on the hot to cold switch out of a 2001 ram 1500. I am testing to make sure switch is working before I move on to blend door motor. Tested 3 prongs on back of unit with a meter and it showed a change when I turned selector **** from hot to cold but there was a slight difference between the alternating pins. Don't know if that is an issue or if it was bad it would show no change or anything. Thanks!

Are you having issues with the temp? Have you looked at the coupler? It's a known failure point.

Coupler was intact till I tried to manually open and close the blend door. Hammered a small screwdriver into plastic coupler and bullied the door loose, now it moves freely and heat is working now. Must have been stuck closed. Waiting on heater treater parts to install and I'm good to go!
