I have a 011500 4x4 as well. I'm running factory size tires on stock rims and at 6ft 3 the truck does feel tall however it's a stock ride height. My wife is 5ft 2 and she has to climb in. I think it's just the suspension on this years 4x4.
Thanks for your input. From what I have been able to find the 3" blocks over the axles are stock. Wheels and tires are also stock sizes, so not lifted.

These trucks come from the era of "real" trucks: solid axles, leaf springs, manual xfer cases, manual trans, etc. They will sit higher than anything made in the last decade. I've been a fan of these trucks since they came out in 94 and built my own lift kit back when everybody owned these and there were thousands driving around. If you post a picture of the side profile and suspension components, I can tell you if it has a lift.
