Default 1995 Ram 2500 V10 questions

I just purchased a 1995 Ram 2500 V10. The vehicle had a factory key fob door locks that worked. I was making it a Plow Truck and it had an old solenoid under the hood. I traced the wires and it didn't operate anything. I removed it and it had and old cell antenna and some type of antenna mounted in the upper center of the windshield. See photo. I removed both by cutting the wires. It also had a cell power booster under the seat that I removed and cut a couple wires to. See photo. I am not sure what the small antenna went to and cannot find anything on the net. Now my key fob for the door locks does not work? I thought maybe a blown fuse but they all work except the 5 amp in the lower left of the interior Fuse box has no power?

That antenna on the windshield was for the key fob. Somebody had and aftermarket system using the factory key fob

Remote keyless entry wasn't available from the factory until 1998 so that was definitely aftermarket.

The electronic box is part of a permanently mounted Motorola cell phone.
