Default Weird hazard issue

I need help figuring this out. 98 dodge ram sport 4x4. 5.2L automatic. The front passenger side turn signal works as it should, so do the others, but when using the hazards it's the only one that doesn't work. They use the same bulb. What gives? Could a bad hazard flasher do that? I wouldn't think so but weirder things have happened.

I tried for a few days to find answers to this question before posting this so if it's already been answered please point me to that thread. Thanks

No. There is only one output from the "combination flasher" for hazard mode, so with three lights working that checks out. However in another case of brilliant wiring design by Chrysler engineers the front lights have individual contacts in the multi-function switch for emergency flasher mode while both rears have a common switch element. I'm betting the contacts for the front right are not working, likely because they are typically rarely used. Try giving the switch a workout or maybe you can spray some contact cleaner into it.

I will give that a try and see what happens. I appreciate the input.

You can take the switch apart and clean it. I had to on my 96

Anything weird about disassembly or was it pretty straight forward?

It isn't hard from what I can remember the only tricky piece was for the high beams.
