Default Cranks but no start, Help!

Alright, this is on a 2001 Dodge Ram Van 2500 5.2L w/ 100k. Ran perfectly fine until it didnt want to start this morning. Cranks all day without starting or sputtering. It has spark, coil works, plugs are wet with fuel, but doesn't start. The fuel pressure at the injectors is 0 but yet the spark plugs are wet? I hear the fuel pump priming. I was going to check the regulator somehow, could that be it? Need help, thanks!

if the fuel pressure is at 0 and the plugs are wet, pull the dip stick and see if it smells like gas. if it does (probably wont) one or more of your injectors is probably stuck open. I cant see how more than 1 would have this problem. my bet is the pump has died and your not building pressure enough to start it up. should be 49 psi.

the regulator is in the tank with the pump.

Well I hear the pump running. I made sure because I pulled the fuse and then didnt hear it. Damn, I thought the regulator was near the fuel rails. I will check the fuel pressure again tommorow in the daylight and report back. Thanks.

Hello Like Steve00ram360 said you need 49 psi at the fuel rail and it has to maintain that pressure for I believe 20 min.I would suspect your pump is no good.

Well here is the update. I pulled 4 plugs out, pulled the fuel pump fuse, and let everything dry out. The next day I put everything together and it started. It now has a TPS engine code. I noticed on the way to the auto store that it was hesitating upon heavy throttle response and backfired once or twice. So I went ahead and replaced the TPS and the engine code is gone, but the problems are still persisting. It has newer wires and plugs, new IAC, new TPS etc. Maybe the TPS is not adjust correctly? It also has the stock distributor and rotor.

This happened to my ram, and it was just somthing simple, I changed the plugs, mainly because of the age, but the gap was way off. Check your gap, should be around .035
