OH I agree it's quieter. Once it warms up again I found some rattles in the dash in going to go back in and add some felt. I thought about buying two of those subs (like yours but made I think by Infinity) and sticking them behind the rear seat.
I do not think they will fit. The rear seat is very nearly flush against the back wall when the rear seat is down.
I modded it so the back folds down and moved the seat forward 1/2" I have to get measurements but like you don't want to lose the under seat tray.

Yeah I didn't want to lose that storage either, which is why I went with with under the front seats for the amp and sub. I also added a BakBox to my Bakflip bed cover, so I am able to carry a lot of items there as well.

You have a picture of that? Yeah I store done stuff behind the rear seat to. Aren't you the one that put the 5th gen emblem in the hood?
nice post!! I have searched for that double din bezel for my 2001 and cant find anywhere!!!
Brand is PAC and part number is CDK665. I think I got the last or 2nd to last one that the ebay seller had. Might just have to be patient and check the interwebs now and again to find them in stock somewhere.
