Default 2001 1500 4x4 wheel size change

I have a chance to buy 2019 18" rims.
Stock rims are 16". Any input on possible ride
deterioration please? I have never done a plus 2 size increase before, only plus 1.
Thanks.

If this is a 1500 the 2019 wheels won't work as they went to a 6 bolt wheels, unless it's a classic. You will have a rougher ride, but you must likely won't notice. That's because you will have less sidewall with a 18" rim.
