Default 98 ram 1500 No Horn

I bought a 98 ram 1500 with the 5.2 and it didn't have the horn in it. The guy I bought it from had bought another horn but hadn't installed it. I put it in with what I believed were the wire clips for the horn, but it won't work. There are 2 sets of wire clips in the spot where the horn goes and I've seen a few of these trucks have 2 horns, but nothing nothing specifically for mine. So my question is, does this truck have 2 horns, or is my issue in the horn switch?

BTW fuse and relays are all good, so it's not that.

All second gens have two horns, One low pitch one high. They both come on when you blow the horn. You say the relays are good is the horn relay clicking when you blow the horn?

Similar problem with my '01 1500. Problem easily fixed after removing steering wheel/column cover. Looking from underneath and behind wheel, you'll see a cpl screws to take out. I can't remember if or where there were others. You're basically accessing the wheel's wiring harness. Best I can recall, most of the wiring was on the left side.

Found a black wire that had snapped and repaired before with electrical tape. Separated after my 10 yrs of use. Concluded it happened by using the tilt wheel since those wires are pretty taut when the wheel is in the up position. GOOD LUCK! Happy Dodging.
