Default Broken ground wire below battery-98 Ram 1500

I recently had a strip of my serpentine belt rip off that apparently caused some collateral damage as it was coming off. It grabbed my oil dipstick and ripped it out (bending it and causing a horrible noise) and appears to have broken loose a ground wire. The ground wire is still attached on one end to the frame, underneath the battery. The other end of the wire is hanging loose, and appears that it broke the metal wire clamp of wherever it was attached to. However, I have searched all over the area looking for the point it broke off from and cannot find it. Can anybody with a 1998 Ram 1500 tell me, or show me the connection point for this ground wire. I assume it bonds the frame to the body, but I just can't find where it broke off from. Below is picture, showing the wire. This is just below the battery. The frame end is still attached. It's a fairly thick copper wire with black sheathing. Thank in advance for any help you have!

Frame end is still connected. Where does the other end attach?

Thank you. That was my first thought, but I didn't see anywhere it looked like it had been broken off. But knowing for sure now, I can figure out how to get it connected back. I appreciate your help!
