Default Knocking from transmission

i bought a 2001 5.9 magnum with a automatic trans, the truck was not running the previous owner had set the timing 180degrees off so i reset the timing and got it running again but now i here a loud tick coming from near the starter and turns out they only had 1 bolt in the starter!!!!
so the snout of the starter got broken off so i suspected th

at was the ticking noise, nope wrong replaced the starter with Both Bolts! and the noise is still there so i thought i guess the flexplate is cracked, but i see no cracks from underneath so what do you all think ??

Could be a loose/broken converter bolt or a cracked flexplate. Pull the dust cover behind the oil pan and have a look.
