Default Mystery Tube coming from behind engine,

Hey guys I just bought my first Dodge and there’s so much wrong but I can’t find any Information on these tubes. Please help. It’s a 10cyl 8L 96 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4.

The first mystery tubing coming from somewhere behind the engine with no extra slack.

Second mystery wire coming from underneath drivers side firewall.

The tubes meet at the length and the second tube had the indentation of the same tube fastener.

That's not a factory splice connector. Does the hose start at a small pump that the belt drives on the front of the engine? If so, that would be the air injector reactor pump. The A.I.R. pump like HeyYou said. I see those taken off a lot. If it is, it will go back to the exhaust system.
