Default a stock tires and rims

i have a stock 01 ram 4x4 with know lift and would like to know what size tires and rimes i can put on it and them not rub as i would like to put 16x8 on her but am nut sure if it will rub she has 16in on know but i dont know what the width of the rims are as they are stock i think any help would be much help

It should have 16x7's on there now you can go to 16x8 I don't know what size tire to tell you some people say 33"s will fit others say they will rub. Mine rub at a full lock when I hit a bump but I also have a 3" lift. I'd put 265's on probably.

265's are the "large" size from the factory. That's what I have. Dig around in the old forums - I'm pretty sure you can find the answer. I have seen one of these trucks with stock rims and 285's on it, no lift.

a guy that works at the local les schwab told me that 265/75/16's were as big as you could put on the stock rim without rubbing. i have heard of some people putting 285's on there but they say it rubs at the locks. not something i would want if i was paying 700+ for tires...
