Good Morn

I have a 2000 24 valve turbo diesel and after years of changing starter out 400k miles
the bolts have been heli-coiled and lock-tited about 14 months ago now the starter bolts
are starting to back out again

so whats my options I kinda know but making sure

Re tap to slightly bigger thread with new bolts?

 

Can you take a pic and get behind the helicoil so you can grab the end and pull it out? Then put new ones in.
