2nd gen 24v swap into 3rd gen hemi ( both 1 tons )
Hey guys I picked up a 2002 5.9 1 ton dully (body is kinda rough) I was wonder what’s all involved if possible to swap the 2nd gen diesel into 3rd gen gas… both are 3500 1 ton dullys… thanks in advance

I would get a 12v or get a P7100 injection pump, way less wiring and easier swap engine. It will make your life a bunch easier doing the swap. You might have to change out the engine cradle as the diesel engine bolts in with totally different engine mounts. I would also get a NV4500 manual transmission or if you need an auto use the 47RH. The fuel system will have to be totally redone as the diesel uses different fuel pressure than your gaser does.
