Default exhaust hangers?

Prepping my 2001 Ram 3500 V-8 for it's annual inspection and noticed that the double clamp/hanger that joint and supports the duel catalytic converters to the muffler is rotted away. Looked up the part number for my V-8 (52018498) only to find it has been discontinued. After a bit of searching I found that the V-10's appear to have a similar hanger but with a different part number (52018668AB) that some sites show as available but some sites show it as a single clamp while other Mopar sites show it as a double clamp in their schematic. Would like to be able to purchase a stock hanger/clamp and not have to mess with trying to make a generic hanger work. Has anyone else encountered this and what was your solution? Thanks.

Might be available from generic exhaust companies. Or have a shop re-create it.
