Default Can loose rear bands cause line pressure issue?

04 ram 2500 5.9 Cummings 2 wheel drive auto.

I changed governor pressure solenoid and transducer and filter but not speed sensor. I replaced because truck was jumping into and out of gear, it never set a code. I figured I would adjust rear band and hand torqued with 1/4 in drive and backed off 3 turns as per most instructions. Now jumping gears is fine but truck does not start in 1st gear unless I manually go from park or neutral to 1st. It seems to start in 2nd gear and now it has p0868 line pressure code.

Can loose rear bands or the speed sensor cause line pressure issue? and based on pic attached do I have a 46re?

Thanks in advance

They didn’t put 46re behind a diesel….you have a 47/ 48re….and that sounds like the TV cable needs adjustment not bands. And the bands I’m pretty sure are supposed to be 2.5 turns not 3

thanks for reply I will verify transmission from tag today
the guy at cascade transmission says 3 turns for 46, 47 and 48re
But I find a few places that say 2 turns for 46re
I'm very confused since this was not even my original problem.. I am going to replace speed sensor today since I have it.
