Default Brake proportioning valve 2001 Ram

Hello all, I have a 2001 Ram that has a leaking proportioning valve. Looks to be seeping from the bottom around a rubber cover. Looks easy to replace. No codes or dash lights, brakes seem to all work well. Will I have to bleed the brakes if I replace this valve? Thanks.

Yes, you will have to bleed the brakes if you remove and replace the proportioning valve to ensure safe operation of your brakes.

Please be sure to closely check that the leak isn't coming from a bad brake line or master cylinder and running down to make it look like the proportioning valve is leaking..

Thanks. I looked at the master cylinder and all around and nothing other than seepage from under the valve.
