Default Shocks

I never know which shocks to get. I usually never buy shocks for my truck lol. I know that's bad. Once I bought mid grade Monroe. They were good for about 6 months and degradated from there to complete garbage after a year and a half or so. This time I went with KYB Gas Adjust Shocks. I know nothing of shocks but I watched the video on what KYB Gas Adjust Shocks were and they seemed better than the regular ones. Hopefully this isn't just a marketing ploy lol. What do you guys think? Good shocks and what do some of you like? Oh yeah, and I got them from Parts Geek where they were way way way less expensive than my auto parts stores I checked.

I got the 5100 bilsteins for the rear got em super cheap. Got the 5160 with the resevoir for the front. Satisfied with the choice. I used to have dual skyjacker brand in the front, very noticeable difference with the ride.

I'm using Rancho 7000 series shocks in the rear and they work extremely well. I have a set of Rancho 7000 series shocks for the front, but haven't installed them yet, since I plan to install a 2" leveling kit at the same time as I install the new shocks. Currently the front has a set of Rancho 5000 series shocks and they are pretty well worn out.
