Default '99 Ram Axle Swap to 3/4 ton

So, I have a bent front D44 on my '99 Ram 1500 I am wanting to run at least 37" tires and know I need to upgrade my axles either way. So I bought a dana 70 Spicer with the power-lok diff from another '99 for the rear and I got a AAM 60 for the front to get rid of the CAD. Does anyone know which yokes to use for the swap? Also what all would need to be done to the front to swap from the dana 44 to AAM60? Also any info on the rear would be greatly appreciated too
