Getting auto parts or assistance at an AutoZone can be a lot like getting help at a WalMart.
Well i didn't ask for help but i got my last two battery's from walmart. Even when you ask for help they are lost. I needed a belt for lawn mower and checked the tractor supply web side(only place i could find one locally). The store near me showed they had one in stock so went to buy it. Get to the store and cant seem to find any belts other that what was on the discount rack. I ask the guy stocking the shelves and he says what ever is there is what we have. As i was headed out to the door happen to look in the corner of the store and guess what i see? BELTS! Found the one i needed and was on my way with no help from the store employee!
