Since no one else responded....I'd be VERY surprised if they don't interchange. The rear windows swap from the old rubber seal style to the new glue-in style, so I don't think Dodge did any (significant) cab sheetmetal changes for the entire run '94-01

No, it won't fit. The 1994 2500 is a GMT400 (old body style, 1988–1998) and the 1999 1500 is a GMT800 (new body Silverado). They are completely different generations with different cab shapes and windshield openings. The glass will not swap between them.

Yeah not only are you talking GM on a 2nd Gen Ram specific forum, but the GMT400 body persisted as late as '01 in certain SUVs, Cadillacs and trucks. 1999 is not a hard stop for all models although, yes, it would be for a 1500
