Default 01 Dodge 2500 Transmission issues.

Howdy folks,
Gunna start from beginning.
I was driving home, just hit the hwy, and heard a loud pop. Looked back in mirror and she was a SMOKIN!! Pulled over and looked, trans fluid everywhere. Well figured seal blew. Got her home via gooseneck and me diesel.
Had to replace main seal so decided to swap motors while i was in there.. So did that, got it all hooked up,, new torque converter also,, all new fluids,, filters,, new solenoids in trans. New speed sensors, checked cables. All good to go.
She lives!!! But she don't move!!!! Wth?? Let her sit and run and check everything again. Jump in and she Crawls now. No power, high rpms. Drop transfer case, drive shafts, pull transmission. Everything new besides the while rebuild kit for transmission. Put it all in. And she moves. Woohoo. So I thought lol. Did good for a day. Then pop, smoke again. No power, barely even have gears lol. What the heck am I missing? Was told maybe ground, so checked everyone, replaced battery terminals. New battery, alternator, everything on motor new, Had a 360 sitting here completely rebuilt. Someone said maybe rearend, so pulled cover, checked gears, changed oil in it and seal. I'm at a loss. Any ideas or just best to do transmission rebuild? Any help appreciated. Thanks

Well figured seal blew.
Figured or confirmed? You need to find out where exactly where the fluid is coming from. If the seal blew most of it would be dripping from the bell housing and not "everywhere".

At this point it was coming from bell housing. Replaced that seal, filled fluids back and still no move. Haven't had time to mess with it yet today, gotta put a T-case and rearend in my sons truck. Will check it later today, but honestly I'm at a loss.
I'll be the first to admit it, I am not a transmission person lol. Thanks

Is you check valve plugged up and not allowing the fluid to cycle causing the pressure to build and make whichever seal/hose leak?

check valve Delete is a must in my opinion because it happened on my 95 ram…..drove into work, did donut in parking lot cuz it was snowing and when I got out looked like a murder scene….it was my check valve, it plugged and banana peeled my hose
