Default 46re trans holding first gear to long

I have a 99 Dodge Ram 4x4 5.9l gas w/ 46RE trans. I recently picked up a used truck. Put a few things water pump fan clutch front end of the motor basically and had been driving it everything seemed fine. Out of the blue the transmission is holding first gear until almost 4,500 RPM. I had recently done a transmission fluid and filter change as well as all the other fluids in the vehicle. So after reading some Forum posts. I decided to change the TCC solenoid, the EPC or pressure control solenoid, and the governor/ modulator. Put a new filter all new fluids seal it all back up. Went for the drive and it's doing the exact same thing.:-( Any suggestions or advice from knowledgeable folks would be appreciated. Love this truck but it's starting to get expensive to own. Please help!!! Thanks in advance! 👍
