Flare? I would do a pressure test to see what they are. Any codes?

No codes at all?
It’s like something i installed makes it need to much pressure for it to get going.

It never had this problem before.

I was think something with all Thai sonnax repair to help seal made it to tight and now needs some extra throttle to move piston, Accumulator or something.

I appreciate all the help.
As of now I’m thinking take it apart and remove the accumulator first and see what happens.

I know the bands are correct. I usually adjust them every 30,000 and never had a problem.

I even bought pass threw socket to hold center while tightening jam nut..

I’m lost right now !!
Maybe time to upgrade beyond 2000
