Default Need motor help (new thread)

So new here just wanted to get some opinions and help on what everyone thinks could have happened . I have a 99 dodge ram 1500 4wd with the 5.9 (360) and I was just was getting gas pulled off and I’d say was going bout 30 and I went to step on the gas a little bit it downshifted and it went for like 2 seconds to a complete mess of noise. Sounded like straight metal and I went to tap the throttle to get a little more up the road to pull off and the sound came back only when on throttle. Pulled off the road and it just slowly died. Got it home haven't tore nothing apart yet, when I go to say start it just hear the starter and none of my pulleys on front of my engine spin also didn't see anything blown out the block.
Thanks in advance

I'd guess broken flex plate. Pull off the cover at the bell housing.
