Question 360 build with MSD 6AL

Hey guys how ya doin, pretty new too this forum so pls bear with me lol but i have a 2001 1500 4x4 with a 360. little background as it sits. i have no compression in my #8 silly due to a blown compression ring after driving from one of my mud pits so with that happening not too long ago i picked up a good 02 360 core (that the same thing happen too) from a buddy so i could build it up with some parts n stuff I've been collecting. (knowing something like this would happen one day) but in the meantime while the block/crank is at the machine shop im just curious about an MSD ignition box. been tossing around the idea of getting one and after looking through the instructions and previous forums related too it i can see that it is doable, i just have no idea where the gray tach output wire would go and couldn't find anything on the wiring diagrams for it. i could be missing something but thank ya in advance

pic of my dodge, its been a great rig

Just give MSD a call. They can provide you with any technical information you need about their products.

Tack wire? The msd is simple it needs ground battery voltage and a trigger to fire it that would be output to the coil. If you go the the msd web site they should have wire diagrams there.
