Default '98 2500 4x4 Front axle parts

I just bought a '98 4x4 CTD. The front axle won't lock into 4wd right now. I haven't been able to dig into very much yet, but I'm pretty sure it's either a vacuum leak on the line going to the diaphragm or the diaphragm itself is just leaking. Does anyone know if parts stores sell the diphragm bulb that pulls to lock the hubs or do I have to rely on finding a used one? I haven't had much luck finding anything at napaonline or rockauto. Any suggestions?

It doesn't lock the hubs. It just locks the intermediate shaft to the stub shaft. And as far as the diaphragm, you might have to buy the unit as a whole. [&:]

Yeah, a while after I posted, the dealer called me. $147 for the actuator unit, they tested it with a vac pump, dead. Almost 0 labor to install the thing, with the rest of the work that's been done in the last week, no biggie at all. I'll have to post a story once I ge tthe truck on Monday and can post some pics.
